Next City 2 Blow(no homo)?

Rap right now is in a recession... every place is capable of putting out good music, but lately Florida has been putting out it's share of ok rappers.
I still have my hopes for the Bay Area, being that I'm from there but it's going to take a lot of change from independent outspoken artists who don't live off riding trends.

What good music is coming out of Florida?
Flo-Rida? Rick Ross? Trick Daddy? Plies? Pit Bull? Florida is hot right now but the music & the emcees up out of there are trash.
It could be any city or town. If a town blows up don't expect it to "re-blow". Only town in the Bay with talent that hasn't blown on a nation wide scale is Richmond & Pittsburg.
I still like "some" of the talent in Sac & Dago is on a huge come up right now.
The North West hasn't blown so look out for that region.
DC hasn't blown up as well. Don't know of any artist from DC except Marc Shyst but I'm sure they have a movement going as well we may not no about.

Quinn, Guce & Mess are all from Frisco & Friscos time has already come. Plus Guce & Mess aren't that talented on the mic.

Jacka & the Figs got it going on but they aint getting any younger & the Figz can't seem 2 stay out of trouble or get together to put out a 3rd album.
I was just listening to Mob Figaz white album like last week. That's shit came out in 2003. The Bay has already blown & will always be rellivent in the rap game one way or another but don't expect it to be like the 90's all over again.
Hyphy music set the Bay back several years(admit it or not) so don't expect this generation of MC's to bring it back for the Bay no matter how dope they may be.

On the reals, the Bay had it's time to shine and grouping together older artists in the hopes that they'll reignite the flame is hopeful but likely to fail. I hope new artists will emerge
I would like my town to come up but there's a heavy undertone of NORTE in the raps... I know some SJ artists don't do that, but if anyone is on the hopes of going nation wide then they need to just be themselves
