Is it a sequel or a remake? If the former I have no problems since they already had a couple. If the latter that would be just stupid.

first of all its not 100%.. all this is coming from Dan Akroyds lips. and he himself said its not 100%, but its looking likely.

The entire original cast will be back including Murry, Weaver, and Rick Moranis. However, they will be mentors in the movie to a new ghost buster crew which may include Seth Rogan and some bitch.
