I have got 2 negative feedbacks the past week.....and as you all know, i am as legit as they come.....one of the ordeals was a package that was returned to me, the dude sent me a money order and then I sent him his cd, well it got shipped back to me and this guy wrote me a negative feedback, even though I told him either one of us would eventually get it and then we could solve it

the other one is just a bunch of bullshit, I sent out my only copy of elate' and this guy claims he didnt get it

I have never been fucked over by the mail, with the amount of shit i send, i got a good record, but what should i do about this...........I do state that I am not responsible for items lost in the mail, but at the same time, i feel like a dick pointing that out to the dude who got the elate cd, I want repeat business and dont want people thinking I am shady

let me know how i should proceed

The best way to fight negative feedback is to keep selling and rack up those positives When I buy from someone, I don't care if their feedback is 100% or 99.2%...as long as it's high, I'm comfortable with sending them money. Even the best sellers have a couple bad transactions; it's the nature of the business.

And you're right, fuck those buyers who are quick to leave a negative without contacting you.

Hell Trevor. Don't worry about it. I got a negative the exact the same way. I shipped a cd to a guy with the address he provided, it got returned to me. I asked him for his address, he instead just left a negative. Bad ebayers will always get noticed. You know as I know, not everyone will be happy all the time. My feedback is 5000 plus now and I really don't care about a random negative undeserved here and there. Good sellers will quickly get enough positives to well overshadow the lone negative. I clearly list in the decription, "NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS WITHOUT INSURANCE COVERAGE". If it stated, they really have no grounds. The guy who bought Elate should have insured an item of high value. He is just bullshitting you. Remember, there are just as many dishonest bidders as their is sellers . . . bidders that lie about not getting something b/c they know many sellers will just send their money back. I have seen it a lot more than once like that. I wouldn't give his money back, period. I wouldn't worry about a negative either. I know you are legit and everyone else who has given you repeat business knows that too.

items that expensive you should have them insured and at least have delivery tracking with it. if you want to mutually resolve the negative feedback you've received, go with SquareTrade.

for global priority, does it have to go in one of the global priority envelope or can you still send it in a bubble mailer and just tell them?

it has to be in a USPS Global Priority Mail packing. However, USPS GPM does not include tracking or insurance. If your customers want tracking and insurance, tell them they have to chuck a lot mor skrill for USPS Int'l Express Mail.
