your strokes might be a little to overpowering.. I'd say find a way to eliminate most of them so it can be easier on the eye...

yeah, those strokes are way too overwhelming, maybe drop em completely... I dont really like the inner shadows either... remember, it doesnt all have to be in one font and the words dont have to be so big as to take up the entire page, use blank space to your advantage... You need to work on the hierarchy, but what that means is basically, find the thing that is most important, and make that the most noticeable, from there, try to make everything else flow... right now when i look at it, my eyes go everywhere, not one place...
