My webdesign stold, plase give me advice

A guy from www.customflavor.com contacted me and said he needs a design similar to safekicks.com
Than we talked on AIM (he's id is SOLIDBIZ01). I didn't request an up-front payment and also didn't watermarket the design. I first came up with the design he stoled (www.customflavor.com), but he said he doesn't like it and he wants me to make some changes. The final design can be found here
www.irenemedia.ro/customflavor and he said he is happy with this and he'll send me the payment through Western Union. Than I never sow him on AIM and never heard from him.

Is there anything I can do to him... like make him take down the site... idk. :dead:

Thanks for the feedback.
First I want to apologise for the bad english, I realize I have to improve it.

I guess I'll try to contact his host as Mr. Samous said, maybe they will solve this.
Anyway, I think I should use the final design for some other project

Well if you have the .psd file there should be something you can do. You just designed it for him? He didn't give you ftp access? I'd delete everything of his if you had access.

yeah, I do have the .psd file, but I don't have ftp acces
I think contacting his host is the best ideea.
anyway I'm happy he didn't stoled the final version I made... lol

The problem with getting a host to kick him off is he can just go host it anywhere else you wouldn't even know.

So, it sort of sucks.

However...

I didn't request an up-front payment and also didn't watermarket the design.

There's where your problem is.

Business is business so be strict about it.

Don't do business over aim, lol. Do it through email and save the emails. Don't do business with ppl who have alias but someone who has (real) contact info (phone number). If you do it with people with alias who don't give real information you can't do anything about it. This can help you because if you sue the person you can show the emails as proof maybe in a small claims court and get in contact with them. Stop being careless with your work and ppl can take watermarks off. So show them in preveiw mode reduce the size and make it so that it's not useable.

ive been done over before like this and you learn, always do the work onto your own server first and show the preview.

Im guessing theres nothing you can do
