Soundmind - Play It Like a Tape
Thought I put some folx up on game since everyone here seems to be sleepin on this album and I see alot of complaint about a lack of quality albums..so look no further..
I can bump this shit all the way through without skipping one track...they got a real unique oringal style...its mixture of experimental/next level hip hop(ie: Deltron 3030, Dr Octagon), funk, and all around just well thought out and put together music..Its a real expressive album that I can relate to alot...The production and beats are top notch...
Probally the best $10 I spent on a cd in a long time, not to mention it comes with a free cd-r of the instrumentals which are bumpable enough without lyrics...I recommend yall to give these cats a chance and soak up some samples even thought they do hardly any justice to how dope the album really is..
