I saw him live in Sac at the punchline a few weeks back. Off the hook i havent laughed so hard in a longass time. He do be sayin some real ass shit and whats ko0 is he doesnt hold his tongue for no one. He feeds off whatever he sees in the crowd and rolls with it. A lot of muthafuckas had looks on their faces cause they were offended of the shit he was saying, others went along with it dyin of laughter. If you get offended of the shit he says then ya gotta learn how to control your catchy feelings. Im looking forward to his new show......He has a dvd out @blockbuster live in San Jo, a must see.......

i had a video of him on HBO from like 95.i used to watch that shit all the time.the mothafucka was hella funny and the shit wouldnt get old.i agree too that he shoulda got a break before George Lopez,but Lopez is the type of cat that just talks about Mexicans,nothin to get anybody really pissed.easily accepted.Mencia dont give a fuck,talk about all races.............

i think its obvious they're tryna bring in a bigger latino audience.before Chappelle,the black audience was like less then 10 percent.now its like 20%.bring in a latino comic that everyone can feel and bam,you got a bigger latino audience...........that shit is obvious............

But I wonder if people are even ready for his in your face no holds barred comedy.
And I can already see Arabs and Muslims bitching a storm, I hope Comedy Central doesn't pull out of this.
And I too wonder if Carlos would've ever gotten the opertunity if Chappelle hadn't flipped out.
Either way, the man deserves the attention because I think he is one of the funniest comedians right now. I hope he does more of the skits he did like the border sign one.
