To me the "General Hip Hop Forum" is pretty much the talk shit about mainstream rap forum. Do yall like any mainstream rappers besides Pac?

I won't go overboard but ill say a few that I'm feeling in the current mainstream rap scene

Kanye West-yall gotta hear diamonds are forever rmx!
T.I-didn't like him at first but his last album is way tight
Jay z-usually don't like his singles but his albums are solid
Lil Wayne-Hes hella stepped it up as of late IMO
Boyz In The Hood
Nas-always been a fan
50-he has his good moments

Yeah that shit is hard as fuck. Thats his best lyrical album so far. He made a drastic ass jump from the level of his skills on his last one to his skills on tha carter. I dont much care for the jay z dickriding but other than that its a classic in my book.

Mase's first CD had some of the best punchlines I've ever heard in my entire life. Jay-Z gets hated on something terrible, but he's insanely clever and subtle.

so i have seen a lot of ppl mention paul wall...paul wall is dope,i bump his shit all the time,but dont think of him as mainstream,thought it was odd that some ppl do,considering he gets little to no radio play and doesnt have videos on MTV or anything...im sure its a matter of time,he is doing well right now,but not just yet in my opinion. cause if he is mainstream that means you would have to include others like z-ro and cham that pretty much have as big if not bigger following

i hear Paul Wall on the radio all the time. he's also been on that show about Texas on MTV and i'm almost positive they played the Still Tippin video. but i agree i don't think he's mainstream yet .. i don't think enough people know who he is.
