Im glad someones going to call them on that bullshit... the defendants will most likely use the fact that he drank and smoked some weed to taint his image so that they can place a bit of doubt in some minds but even if dood happen to be on fuckin sherm... he was HANDCUFFED.. in the BACKSEAT...

just wondering, if he was in the back of the cop car im sure the door was closed right? thing that gots me thinking is well, from my expierences and from what i seen...I never seen the back window down or if it was down never more then about a inch when someone is in the back...so if she would of got the taser i dont know how strong they are, but would it of really broke thru the window and got him?another thing dont cops usually got the safety on there guns on at all times? or atleast id think so,so they wouldent shoot themselves..how would she not know it was a gun she would have to hit the safty cock it and shoot?...im probably wrong but just what i was thinking bout while reading the article.... Hopefully she gets time for this shit, i know danm well if i or anyone went to court for killing somone on accident(hope it never happens)... shit id still get life or a long ass time to serve....
