This is Lil Rue's next solo record and it's being dropped to satisfy Rue's fast-growing fanbase as he continues work on his scheduled TownThizzness/SMC release "Tha Dead End". Rue is definitely the future of Bay Area rap and "STARS & STRAPS" is another step in that direction. The album features production from Young L, The Inkrediblez, Marlee, and D-Dosia.
