According to the rumour mill Talib Kweli has ended his relationship with Geffen Records and signed a label deal with Warner Music Group.
During a recent episode of "Rap City," the BK emcee revealed that he had inked a label deal for his Blacksmith Records. He added that he intended to sign underground standouts MF Doom and Jean Grae and that he hoped to sign Rakim to his roster.
According to sources the deal is signed, but confirmation of artists on the roster has yet to be confirmed.
