That is Rafer Alston aka Skip to My Lou in street ball. Guy is a fuckin legend in the streets, its gonna be hard for them to translate their flashy play into being more organized and succeeding in the pros.

Rafer Alston has been in the Pros since his rookie season, 1 year with the bucks? Try atleast 4 years, never gets real good playing time, but he will get his shot.
