JUST GOT THE DIGI 002 ANYONE ELSE GOT IT???

People either like something or they hate it I guess. I own and use tha 001. I've seen the 002 at GC but it wasn't hooked up so I counldn't fuck with it yet. It has a nice layout, the build isn't as solid as it should be, but it does come with something like $2200 worth of plug ins. It's coo that they included Waves with the bundled in FX, but all that sample tank and waht not is wahtever cause PRO TOOLS and MIDI = shit. Even in 6.0 coming out later this year ( sorry only OSX and PTHD have it to begin with ) doesn't improve the mdi side of things, but truefully I dont care I use PT to reacord period.
For us 001 user's good news Tascam's DM-24 now has HUI ( human user interface ) emultion in it's new operating system, so PT can use it's fader's, solo, record buttons etc... to give us hands on control over PT, very nice. And all the new yamaha boards have it already built in DM-2000 ( $20,000 ouch ) O2R96 ( $10,000 ehh) and DM-1000 ( $5000 ). I've been thinking about the 002, but I dont need 96hz, but the control over PT is nice, but I could use the DM-24 for that, plus I could use the DM-24 as a line mixer ( which I need right now badley ) and it has more moniter, control options than the 002 for just $200 more. If the Dm-24 comes down in price even more than it wont even be a comparison.
