I jammed my middle finger about two months ago.. really really bad. I was playin basketball I and jammed it on the rim. It was probably one of the most excruciating pains Ive ever felt. Seriously, I know you think a jammed finger is some bitch shit, but it HURT. it got really swollen and purple.

I swear I couldnt even move the finger for a month. Now, two months later, I can move it, but I cant crack my knuckles or make a fist or anything like that...AND ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS! How long do jammed fingers last? Shit still hurts like a bitch. It looks all deformed and possibly shorter than it use to be.

So.. jammed finger experiences? recovery time?

damn dog i havent gotten a jammed finger since grade school

we were playin kick ball and i went to catch the ball and my hand was close to the ground and the momentum of the ball made my finger have intercourse with the blacktop.................

that shit was hurt hella bad i think that took a while to heal all the way but i remember

i used to do that backyard wrestling shit and dude through me out of the ring for a royal rumble (the ring is at least 5 or 6 feet off the ground....sprained my write hella bad tryin to break my fall and that shit didnt heal for about 3 or 4 months


just give it another month or 2 if its not better looks like ur gettin an amputation

Dog ! You shouldn't be cracking your knuckles anyways ! That shit can cause arthritis !

As for your finger...a jam shouldn't be hurting for that long...you should seriously see someone.

Yeah...a month is a long time.

I jammed my finger playing ball too...it did hurt pretty fuckin' bad.

I went for a steal, and the ball hit me right on the tip of my finger...it made a loud pop...but luckily it wasn't broken.

It swelled up and turned purple too...but I was good in about a week.

I've broken 3 fingers and jammed them many times. It might be a bit late for your finger now, but in high school we used to just tape the jammed finger to the finger next to it to stabilize it and kept on playing.

doctors can def do something about broken fingerws, i got three pins put in my thumb last week aftyer i broke bit. if its been 2 months tghough he'll need to rebrake it. hope you got insurance, my thiumb cost me 10gs

i got 2 fingers that dont look right from playin basketball. my left index doesnt straighten out all the way and my left ring bends to the side when i bend both knuckles down.

also has anyone ever seen denzel washingtons fingers, he has one that bends almost all the way to the side. I'll see if i can find a pic

i got mad one time and slapped a metal heater thang on the wall and split the tip of my finger in half and blood was squirtin everywhere, i got kicked out of 2 hospitals for talkin shit to the nurses there cuz they weren't helpin shit out, thats where i met my girlfriend, i had to get stiches and i got a big ass scar from it, that shit hurt like a motherfucker.
