Hi,

I was discussing with a fellow forum member and thought of a possible good idea for the ISM's cd. I know Tech has had reservations of bringing out a cd similar to that of Vintage tech because he doesn't like the idea of giving his fans 3 year old shit.. though I think most on here know that whatever Tech puts out is general gold.. and everyone around here is likely to snap it up.. so I thought an idea that possibly is a good idea is that of having the ISM's: The Missing Scriptures as a www.techn9ne.com exclusive.. only to be sold on this site.

There has been small mentions of it being leaked by Tech himself (not 100% accurate on if that will come to fruition) but I thought the idea of it being an exclusive site purchase only would cut costs on distribution.. give the hardcore fans a bit more ish.. and through the magic of the internet.. have word of mouth sell ISM's.. and it will still nicely line the pockets and give back to Strange hopefully.. it's just an idea.. if it was to be released I feel it should be put on the back burner for the other projects because it's not like the fans haven't been without recently.. especially considering the gap between Absolute Power to Vintage Tech/Everready.

I have no real idea on the process of compiling, distributing and producing an album.. so it may not be feasible but thought it was worthwhile of a mention to see what people around here think.. Hoping to hear soem feedback on what you think and how you feel the cd itself if it ever sees the light of day should be promoted and distributed.

We ALL would prefer an album but tech said himself it aint gunna happen and he don't wanna put out old shit. It would be new to us regardless. So if we could pay for a download we would put paper in techs pocket and get some fresh shiat.

I would love a VT2 or isms, or whatever. I'm sure if there is enough good material, we may be treated to it. I seriously doubt there will be a release until it's worthy of TechN9Ne's name--And that is a good thing.

i would prefer a real album but, it would be nice to hear everything that tech does. i dont know how he should do but i would like it alot if he would put it out.

It doesnt matter to me that the tracks are old, because basically we all have never heard them so they should sound just as new.

Actually it is extremely easy to do man. You can set it up through many shopping carts even paypal dude. A dolla a track! Make tech some easy fucking money. Might as well if he is REALLY planning on leaking them like he said.
yeh i misread it... thought he was meaning actual cds to buy but just from that site... but i get it now hahaha...... what if he has like 30 songs a dollar song haha

I think I was misinterpreted about my initial idea.. I ACTUALLY meant that the cd was made just like Vintrage tech 2 but was only be able to be purchased through the Strange store..

I am not particularly a fan with having the songs being sold individually on the site.. it ain't really a good keepsake and if your computer roots up.. there goes the data.. plus you are not treated to a professional looking album..

Another mate of mine thought it would be a good idea to include it as a bonus disc much like how the Strange Music Library was included.. If it was made right I think it would be good.. for example, have the cd in an open up cardboard type sleeve.. where on the left is the cover for the new album and to the right is the Isms album.. both containing a small booklet.. I think that would look quite sharp.. don't know if the two would mingle together though.

Cheers..
