Is this for real or a bootleg?

Several times I have seen this seller listing a "record label issued advance copy" of the K-dee album on ebay. Since it usualluy goes for the same amount of money as the retail version I would expect it to be real but I am not sure, even though the seller claims so. It has a plain white cover with just the song titles and the CD is plain with just K-dee, the title , the Lench Mob logo and advance copy printed on it.
Is this a real advance/promo copy or just a plain bullshit bootleg? Anybody seen it before? If this is a CDR, did record companies release CDRs back in 94? I didn't know CDRs were that usual back then.

if its a cdr type of promo, then there is no such thing.. promo cdrs didn't really come into existence around the time that album released.. just by knowing that fact, its for sure 100% bootlegged

I know who, ya talking about!!! This foo' is always on ebay talking about how he was commissioned to print up promo copies (Bootleg) of K-Dee's Ass, Cash or Grass CD. Plain and simple...that cat is a fraud. As TripleXXX said...there werent CD-R's around in 1994. It's a homemade repress. Like Richie Rich said..."Don't Do It"!!! Lol! Don't buy that my man.

Thanks homies. You saved me from being totally fucked on this one. I won the item and actually believed this cat since he even in the personal communication stated that this was a record released advance version but also a CDR. I got suscpicios after I won it and after you confirmed my worries I contacted this seller and he refunded the total amount, because "he had so much trouble with buyers returning CDs after they had copied it" LOL. This was after I had cited his return policy about items not being as described. This fool should be banned from ebay, selling bootleg shit.
If anybody has a OG copy of the K-dee record and are willing to sell it to me please drop me a PM, but no ridiculous price please.
