Is there any way to get around a Write-Protected/Content Copy Protected CD???

I just ordered an album on Amazon, it says that it's write-protected, does that mean no matter what, I cannot get them mp3s to my computer? Is there a way around it, such as copying the CD to another audio cd, then streaming the copied version? Or is there no way?

open the files in a recording program (cool edit, cakewalk, logic, etc) and you should be able to save as mp3

Know what i bought a few cds that my new computer wont even recognize da cds but on my older 1 it will. But it sound like AnyDVD will work.
