Ichi-1...prequel to Ichi The Killer

Has anyone seen this???I almost bought it today...but wasnt sure if it was worth it....i luv Ichi...and this is the prequel...

I alsp picked up Oldboy today...supposed to be ultra gory...

I also seen(at the store) the movies that "inspired" Tarantino to make Kill Bill...its called Lady Snowblood...and theres 2 of them(imagine that)...they were made in the the early to mid 70's...but are supposed to be really dope...if anyone has seen these please let me know what you think....

I saw a few other Asian movies at the store but cant remember the names...

ITs pretty bloody...and just dimented all around...i suggest checkin it out if you like weird bloody movies...

In my opinion its not as good as Ichi The Killer dont expect it to be the same its a low budget film the acting is decent at best but thats just my 2 cents...u should rent it and see if u like it...

I saw Ichi 1 before I saw Ichi the Killer, without knowing what was up w/ it. I guess it doesnt matter though since its a prequel. And its SO different. Its kinda low budget, and its not very gory.. at ALL. It just shows how Ichi becomes what he became. Its a decent story, but dont expect anything too good. I think he made just for the simple fact to show what happened 'before' the real movie, and not to be a good movie in itself.

Rent it, dont buy.
