I heard that song with Louie Loc and Capone N Noreaga and its straight Heat and gives props to the Latino brothers from all Latin American Countries. I think Louie Loc is from Nicaragua.But that song with Capone N Noreaga and Louie Loc is No joke.
On the show Noreaga gives love to California. He gives props to the Bay. Louie Loc is making power moves. Thug Style
One of the people on the show looks like that person who works in that Liquor store on Ocean street by City College of San Francisco.

I saw it on two Staurdays ago. It was a video camera following Louie Loc around New York with Shouman Records. He was at Noreaga place while Noreaga was getting a hair cut & smoking dank. Capone was saying the Chorus. It went something like
" To my Latinos, Nicoyas, Mexicanos, Puerticanos and Domincanos

It goes to prove that Louie Loc is not lying when he is having
Noriega and Capone( Its spelled that way to avoid a legal dispute with Def Jam , if the used Capone N Noreaga.
