I bought a CD on Ebay. The seller sent me the CD, but only the disk and no case or artwork. He did not say anywhere in his item description about there being no case. I tried contacting him, but he was a dick and did not answer back. Not even a week later, he was no longer a registered Ebay user.
I tried complaining through Ebay, but they said since I used Paypal, to complain to Paypal. Paypal did the 30-day investigation (more like 30 seconds) and said they would not give me a refund because that did not affect the condition, even though CDs are supposed to come with a case and artwork unless stated otherwise. I even offered to send the CD back.
Is there anything I can do to get my money back? This is bullshit.
