I NEED A LITTLE CELL PHONE HELP!!!

i got a motorola v551, and my screen went blank on me. i have a blackberry now and i want my info from my old phone on the blackberry, but, i never saved my pics...video...and addresses on to my sim card. if any body has a v551 can you please walk me through the steps to save my info to my sim card. i can get to the address page, but from ther im lost. thanks
