i like corel painter

the brush control on this program is nice.... the tags below look almost exactly as it would if i did it with a marker and pad paper

Yeah it's really good at mimicking whatever tool you use to draw with whether paint, charcoal or marker even. It's pretty sick if you use a tablet.

yeah, but it takes more effort to get it on as smooth as painter does it

i agree painter is the bomb! it mimicks natural media better than photoshop. photoshop can do it but it takes effort as maculent pointed out. i like the fact you can export it to photoshop too.

Yeah I started usin Painter a bit a few weeks ago... Even water color layers are DRYING lol
