50 Cent Cashes In

WASHINGTON, May 3, 2005 – The Massacre, 50 Cent’s eagerly anticipated follow-up to his blockbuster 2003 debut, Get Rich or Die Tryin’, quickly dispelled any thoughts of a sophomore slump when it was certified quadruple Platinum in little more than a month, according to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

With sales already in excess of four million albums, The Massacre is the best selling album, thus far, of 2005 and has nearly matched the mark set by 50 Cent’s debut which is currently certified six times Platinum. The rapper born Curtis Jackson has also received four awards under the RIAA’s digital awards program with three songs certified Gold (“Candy Shop,” “P.I.M.P.,” and “In Da Club”) and one certified both Gold and Platinum (“Disco Inferno”) after being downloaded more than 200,000 times.

i don't think quadruple Platinum is a flop by anyone's standard

Actually, The RE-RELEASE comes with a DVD that has a Video for every song on the album. A case of "Hey, I'm gonna bite his idea and Run wit it!". "ESHAM" out of Detroit, Michigan was and is the first to do that with his latest album that was released on April 19 2005 titled "A-1 YOLA". He's Very well known in the Undergroud rap world and is highly Hated and Often Called a "DEVIL WORSHIPPER" when he really aint. His album comes with the Audio CD and a DVD with a Video for All the songs on the album (except 2 or 3 Tracks.). I'm pretty sure 50 Ran with the Idea after hearing and seeing the ESHAM DVD/CD Package. You might say "how does 50 know about ESHAM?"...Well 50's Butt Buddy EMINEM is or was a in a RAP war with ESHAM (although shady was to Pussy to actually reply to ESHAM'S Disses and Accusations Of Biting His Style and Getting rich off a Style he Created in The Late 80's Known as ACID RAP). So Once again, The biting of styles is done once again. Fuck 50 cent & faggot ass Eminem. They aint "REAL" rap artist's, Just a Wack force of bullshit raps Being Forced and Drummed into the Ears Of Suburbian white Kids and America period through T.R.L., RADIO, and the Now "WHITE OWNED" "BLACK.ENTERTAINMENT.TELEVISION. (B.E.T.)

Isn't Esham that gay ICP dick biting homo who copied the fuck out of Lynch? And I'm sorry dude, but you ever think 50 wants to release all those videos and have 20 however many cuts back to back keeping him forever on 106&park, as well as whatever Mtv countdown? The top of the billboards? Na... it can't be that.. it can't be that he wants to keep his name in peoples mouth's, make money, and stay on top... it's got to be that he secretely wants to copy and be like some douche who jocks Lynch Hung. And thats funny that you're making fun of Em and 50 catering to white kids... but whats ICP? What's Esham?!!!! LOL

^^^Sorry Romp........but Esham was in the game before Lynch. Esham created the horror core sound. He was one of the first majors out of Detroit. Now I agree that ICP is worthless, but actually ICP followed in Esham's shoes.

And it wouldnt be long till someone stole Esham's idea about the DVD with a video to every track. And leave it up to the non origional G-Unit/Aftermath/Shady Camp.

So the massacre re-release has a video for each song? wtf, aint there like 20 songs? Also Esham was not the first to think up this idea, I remember Daz saying he was gonna do this like 2 years ago..but as far as actually doing it, I guess Esham is the first rap artist.

Most of yall sound like some damn fools on this thread. That album didn't flop one bit that shit is still sitting on top of the charts.

He re released it bc it comes with a dvd that has a video for every one of the tracks. Also all he did was take off the Love it or Hate it remix and Original Outta Control and just added the remix.

Someone talking about that never has been Esham. Now his last shit A1 really flopped. And he is like 50 years old now and he don't have shit on 50. That Horrorcore style isn't even in no more.
