How old is too old to make video games? How old is too old to play bones, checkers, poker or chess? How old is too old to watch movies and dvd's?
Agreed. I think this question is a few years late. Game consoles are not only for video games anymore. They've crossed the border and are communication platforms now. I keep up with family, friends, and online buddies as much on my XBOX as I do on peer-to-peer networks on the computer.
I grew up playing video games. It was how I passed the free time I accumulated.
My dad played Gin Rummy to pass the time. He's 67, and still plays Gin Rummy to pass the time.
Video games are, in my own eyes, a life investment, a coping mechanism for hard times in my life, and something that I love dearly.
I know this post is a bit deep for video games, but I urge you to look past the topic and understand what I'm saying.
