i do that shit but i dont hang out the window, i put my left hand on the wheel and lean on the arm rest with my right. my seat is kicked back but its good cuz i can see over the wheel either way while im leanin back. as for cops,fuck em.

Yeah, that's how I roll too. I don't even have a stick shift, but I still prefer to sway to the right more and keep my right hand near the radio.
