How do I post music?

How do I post music to a threat? How do I link it or anything like that. I already ripped the music, now I want to upload a few songs.

go to the page www.yousendit.com ,just three steps:
1.put the email adress to whom you wanna send it in the first field
2.put the file (make a big rar.file) in the second field
3.click on send
thats all , then it depends on how big the file is and how fast your internet connection is.i need for 80mb like half an hour after that there comes alink which is also send to the email you put in,
