Hey I was watchin Casino for the 50th time tonight and I've always wondered this but never remembered to ask anyone. Cuze I sure can't find the answer anywhere online. Anyhow at the end of the movie when it shows Ginger(Stone) all spun out and Sam(DeNiero) talkin bout how she blew all the money in a couple months and then she collapses. Sam says he payed a private doctor to do an autopsy and it said they gave her a "hot dose." Anyone know exactly what the hell that is. I would think its some dirty shit, or maybe some shit that's so potent it could make you overdose on site. Cuze I heard of that happenin wit yay. Anyhow I got my ideas but I'm not exactly sure, so if someone would help me out, gracias in advance.
