Permission is also needed for legal walls. Just like with that rabbit, you think homie just did that on the street without any cops noticing him? With legal walls, you are given the permission to do what you're doing on that property.

wow nice work, we've had a couple graffiti people come through here showin their work, its always a nice view. ask noxious n8, he can do anything.... :|
