And NO that was NOT pass interference on the lasdt offensive play for Chicago...

Bears looked like cupcakes on D today...and once AGAIN...a young, inexpiernced QB LOSES a playoff game....

Too be honest..i fear Carolina MUCH more than i fear Chicago...Delhomme is a playoff monster...expect a shootout in Seattle next week!

It was a tough game, I give props where props is due...Carolina came out explosive and they played a hell of a game on both sides of the field.

Grossman started off shaky, but he had a great 2nd half. I'm not sure if I agree with the offensive play calling. Thomas Jones was tearing shit up and I'm suprised they didnt give him the ball more.

But, the game was lost by Chicago's defense. They just didnt play typical bears D. I think Carolina got lucky a couple times, both Smith TD's chicagos CB's fell down.

With that being said, I think Chicago had a great fucking year. People laughed at me when I said Chicago would be in the playoffs. We definately proved them wrong and I think Chicago will only be better next year. But damn, I wanted the win so bad :(

Hopefully Seattle will take care of Carolina. Should be a good game.

Peppers is expected to play against Seattle, Foster tho is done for the remaining game(s), Nick Goings is a pretty good back as well, what im really wondering, is how will this affect Fosters status as a free agent, Chi was a way overrated team, my team is the 49ers, and i dont believe in any team that came close to losing to us or that lost to us, or that really struggled (bucs, colts, bears, seattle, jax)

However I have a feeling this will be a great game, and I hope panthers can win it,.

SEATTLE -- Seahawks starting right tackle Sean Locklear was being held without bail Monday in the King County Jail for investigation of domestic violence, police and the team said.

Locklear was booked early Sunday, hours after playing in the team's 20-10 playoff win over the Washington Redskins.

Seattle police were investigating an unrelated incident about 1 a.m. Sunday when three people told them a man was assaulting a woman on a nearby sidewalk. Police said the two involved were Locklear and a woman identified as his girlfriend. Her name was redacted from the police report.

According to the police report, the woman said she and Locklear had been at Belltown Billiards with friends when the player grew angry because she was dancing with another man.

He confronted her and they walked outside as she tried to tell him she had done nothing wrong but "this just upset him further," according to the report.

As they walked down the sidewalk, "Locklear grabbed her around the neck," the police report said. Officers wrote that they observed visible redness on her neck and chest. The woman then began to cry and refused to provide more information, telling police, "He didn't do anything."

She refused to let police photograph her injuries or to provide a written statement, the police report said. She also declined medical attention.

The three witnesses who initially summoned police said they saw the man grab the woman around the neck, "putting both hands around her neck," according to the report.

Police said Locklear confirmed he and the woman had been arguing but said he grabbed her by the front of her shirt, not her neck. He made no further comments, police said.

It was not immediately known whether Locklear had retained a lawyer. He was awaiting an appearance before a judge, which would not occur until after Monday's Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday.

Locklear's status for the NFC championship game against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday was unclear. But coach Mike Holmgren said he didn't think the incident would be a distraction to his team.

"What I know about it so far -- and I don't know everything -- it should not be," Holmgren said Monday, without specifically addressing Locklear's playing status.

"I have to wait on details on that. I am aware of the situation. But right now, I have no comment. When we get more information, [we] will give it to you."

Locklear, 24, was a third-round draft choice out of North Carolina State in 2004.

Thats cus Mo Mo likes to think hes freakin Barry Sanders and dance around before he hits the hole...
I don't agree with that, everytime I see Mo in the game he really doesn't fuck around, if the play calls for north-south then he goes north-south every time. I watched the game tape from Saturday a couple times yesterday, he doesn't do much dancing at all.

But the reason he isn't a particularly good back is because he just doesn't get many yards after contact, he gets chopped down pretty easily, he only weighs 202 lbs, that's very small for a RB.

I agree with 50% of that...but he hits holes worse than Shaun does...and he tries to get to shifty on the outside....
