I'd say Hell Yeah had me the first time I heard it but, Tell me when to go had to grow on me. But, now, Tell me when to go makes me want to get dumb go stupid. So, I don't know.

It all depends on your experiences with both songs. I just heard Hell Yeah on the radio. But, when I think of Tell me when to go I think of the All-star parties in Houston. So, I'd say Tell me when to go just based on that because we when dumb as fuck when that shit came on. YEEH!!!
