hearing for licence suspension?

Never, they could only suspened it for a year (as far as I know).

You then pay the find at the DMV and BOOM, you got it back.

i got a notice saying its going to be suspended for 6 months (there goes my summer!!!!) but it said i can have a hearing. ive never had a hearing before and i dont know what it consists of.

6 Months Ma, shoot that's love to what I've had..one year.

I don't know about a hearing though. You might want to go to it though Ma. It might be a good thing. You may get to drive to work, school etc etc...nessesities.

I mean, shit if you get pulled over on your way home from school, it won't be another charge and fine, ya feel me?

Go for it, see what they have to say. You know you losing your licence for 6 months...that should be the worst, the rest can't be that bad.

i paid them all except one that i am making payments on, and i will pay that one off in late april.

tickets were for speeding.

i work in sf and go to school at night, and i have a disabled sister. i am hoping i can at least get a restricted license.

I gotta dui 3 years ago did 2 months,got out never got my ls back jus drive like a grandma and follow the road laws and you got no reason to get blurped fuck lettin that ruin a summer on a sidenote I gotta 97 lesabre on dueces and still manage to duck the boys don't give em a reason n they won't pull u over

damn i got 5 tickets in the last year. 4 speedin and 1 runnin a stop sign.. i've taken care of 3 of them and am about to go to court and fight one this month and the other one im gonna do traffic school.. so hopefully if i beat the case on the one and traffic school will take off one then it will only show 3..... just hope i beat the case

Go in, make a case for yourself. Being in a professional work environment, Im sure you already know how to come across well and sound official. I doubt you'll get it fully suspended. You may get a restricted.
