I think I have seen a cut-out at one time that was used to put the face in.

Would be good if people posted some photos/videos in here, I know there are a few that are into that in here.

definitely a stencil.
you can make em with ps, but it's a bitch to cut them out once they get too detailed.
Some good stuff in those vids though...but i think Europe and the US are on top of the graff game right now..and this is not gonna change any time soon..even though some crew from New Zealand won the Write for Gold this year.

Yes I agree, even though we have been doing it for a long time as well, it just doesn't compare to the US, then Germany France ect.

btw I have seen some photos you posted, I like your style, very different.
