Some dumb ass bitch gave me a parking ticket at school for not having a parking permit. My fucking parking permit was like 10 inches away where she left the parking ticket. Dumb bitch. So I go to the school's police department to appeal this shit. The lady said I could either appeal it or sign for a one time dismissal. I said I wanna appeal cuz if I do a one time dismissal who's to know that the dumb bitch won't give me another parking ticket? I fill out the appeal and get it back a few weaks later saying that the ticket was dismissed and I don't have to pay no fees. She put reason: one time dismissal per year WTF??? I appealed it and didn't want to have that one time dismissal shit and she gives it to me. I wanna go slap this dumb ass bitch.

a couple years ago my college had those permits you stick to the inside of the window and they said it HAD to be on the back window. the only problem is I have dark ass tinting in the back so you couldnt see it so I put it in the front. the security gave me a ticket and put it right over the permit in the front. fuckin idiots. luckily they threw it out and that is the only year they had those type of permits
