The pigs tried to hate and say the foo throwin it didn't have proper security, ya right that's a bunch of bullshit. they wasn't even gonna serve any alky either. typical vacaville situation, crazy ass yupies here be tryin to shut down anything that got to do with rap. We had one coo ass club here for a couple years and as soon as people with some ethnicity started comin the city shut that shit down real quick, fuckin bullshit. but anyhow I guess they suppose to move this shit somewhere else for another day and the tickets are still suppose to be good, so fuck I guess they gonna have to take it to Fairfield or Sac.

ever stop and think that maybe the foo throwin it is one of my homeboys cousins? And according to him he did have proper security, and it was a company hired out of Sac. The cops straight up told the man they didn't want to have those type of people in town and the Pig Sgt. said "a lot of those rappers have ties to criminal street gangs" it was just an excuse they used to make the promoter look like the bad guy.
i feel u, there is a lot of biased hatred towards rap-oriented shows in the 707, but it's not all unfounded. that club you're talking about got shut down because of SEVERAL shootings/gun incidents...i was there for one of them...but it didn't get shut down cuz the minorities started showing up, it's cuz they started showing up strapped. as far as the concert, who knows? if there really was proper security, your boy has plenty of reason to protest the cancellation. but don't act like rap shows don't attract drama...

you are talkin bout Detour/Splitfire in Vac right? I can't say there was several shootings. but I feel you, it did start to get a lil grimey. The whole reason it got shut down is because it was by the old folks part of town and they kept complainin to the city bout the noise, it was in the paper a couple times. but anyhow if you break it down it did get shut down cuze of all the different minorities comin through, I mean think bout the lil shit. At first when the club opened it was all good to wear white shoes but as soon as it started becomin diverse and folks started comin from outta town it was no plain white shoes, why? because they said it was gang oriented I mean come on now everyone wear white shoes. ^you got jokes cuzzo but checc the records if you know how to access them....public library got the old papers on archives.....Vacaville jus got nice in the mid 90's but before that it was infested wit crime due to lacc of police.....bacc in them days there was only like 20 cops so all the gangstaz was runnin the town....the OG's from SSG and Brown Street were the 1st gangstaz in Solano County to get hit wit gang enhancements on thier sentencing...before anyone in Vallejo or Fairfield/Suisun....i remember in the late 80's n early 90's you couldnt go down the street without someone tryin ta jacc you or fucc you up......it was real grimey then not so much now.....thas the reason vac has so many police these days.....and they be trippin hard cuz they dont want the town ever being like that again buut theres still poccets of areas that arent nice.....the Gardens still grimey.....Brown Street, Calen, Roccy Hill.....i got money for anyone who wants to walk these areas wit me and talk shit and not get beat up or shanked over it.......
