the reason i'm feelin the foreign hiphop is cause it proves rap is a universal form of art and self expression (can't understand a word but still makes me head nodd) german rap is hard as fuck,french raps cool,same with swedish&danish rap. uk rap from what ive heard is hella wack however.latin rap is dope so is that south african shit with crazy ass drums
