FUCKING HDMI

so on my ps3 i think my hdmi cable is fucked

sometimes i am playing call of duty and the screen just cuts off and goes blank, the game is running but the screen stays blank for about 10 or 15 seconds and then the game continues to be displayed as normal

has this happened to anyone else?

do you think it is a problem with my hd cable or my tv?

what should i do?

Well, I dont know how far you are from the coast, but I would head to the beach...

OR

Hook up your av cable to your tv, if ps and tv work then you're good on those. When it happened to me it was my HDMI port that went bad and I had to send it in

If you got more than 1 hdmi cable...test that too...only like $3 on ebay

You can also try plugging the HDMI plug into a different port in the TV...unless you only got one.

the only kind of problem ive had with a hdmi cable is the janky ass one comcast gives you, it works but i just gave it to my boy and bought some $5 ones online.

ok i'll try the av cable and also borrow a hdmi cable off a friend and see what happens

see what you gotta do is go to the beach and get yourself some sand.

shape the sand into a cord, cut off the hdmi connectors from each end of the original cord and then place it at the dried sand's ends. then you will get whats called an SDMI (Sand Definition) cord.

same shit happened to me awhile ago i just replaced the hdmi cable and it stopped...i thought it was the port too

OMG!!! i thought i was the only one with this problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ive been through 2 hdmi cables from comcast and they dont fuckin work. im gonna have to cash out on a hdmi cuz i dont like to have to unplug it from the cable box and ps3...im lazy lol

i wonder if i can have them reimburse me for the cable.
