I think the front has too much going on at the bottom of it...
Take off some of those lil text graphic things, and I'd probably lose the chain too
The Graphixx text I think would be very hard to read once it's printed and such, since it's a lil tough now
The back is way too busy, it's like you're trying to put a flyer's worth of info on a business card....
Unless you do jewelry I'd probably get rid of that all around besides it looks like you grabbed the images straight from the net and those will print out like crap
Dollar signs go before the number such as $20.00 for 20 dollars, not after....
I'd stick with simple fonts like Gate said, it's going to be pretty small type to read, business cards are 2x3 if I'm not mistaken and that means most of your type is 12 point or smaller on the back. Just put your name, company name, contact info and maybe a slogan on the business card...
If I was you I'd stick to one, to two colors, done in a vector format for easier printing... I know you want a flashy eye catching business card but you can go over board... For colors I'd go with a white background (so you can get colored stock or something for your card and cut down on printing costs of printing almost solid black) and use like Red and black for the text and such...
