Test was let go after he injured his neck. Obviously Vince didn't want to pay him while he was injured.

All these re-signings are a sign that WWE has become aware of TNA as a legitimate threat to sign away some of their talent. They're just grabbing these guys before TNA does.

Jindrack is a young guy with the superstar look and he has alot of athletic ability, he just needs a good angle. Test has been around a long time, has a great mouthpeice, they are both good readditions to the roster. Hopefully they will be on Raw

Columbo and Shannon moore aren't that entertaining to me but not every guy can't be a big star and the comapny needs jobbers as much as they need headliners..

Shannon Moore hasn't been officially re signed to a WWE contract yet. Palumbo has been re signed. I believe Test was given a tryout match. Mark Jindrak I have heard nothing about.

the mid carders are the ones that get picked up by other companies and become main eventers.

Look at
Christian
Chris Jericho
Steve Austin

They all became world champs after being mid card guys in the companies they left.

WWE: More on why WWE are hiring former stars
Wrestlemag.com @ 2:06 pm

Much has been made over the past few days over WWE’s decision to give contracts to former stars Test and Chuck Palumbo, as well as renewing interest in Mark Jindrak, as previously reported here.

While there is a minority inside WWE who are of the impression that the company are showing interest in guys who were released by the company not so long ago because of any interest in TNA hiring them, the general concensus backstage this week is that WWE are looking to bring back guys with a bigger frame and a more intimidating appearance.

From what we can gather (and also my opinion) the main reason for WWE renewing interest in these previously unwanted individuals is as a result of the recently introduced ‘Talent Wellness Program’. With WWE clamping down on the use of drugs and performance enhancing products, wrestlers will time start to appear smaller in bulk and mass, with some stars on RAW and Smackdown! already visibly smaller than they were a couple of months ago.

It’s likely that at least in the short-term, WWE will continue to look to bring back former employees to add to those already signed.
