I just downloaded this, and was fuckin' with it. Pretty cool you can make the voice sound like Steven Hawking( Smart Dude wit the voicebox in the wheelchair) or several other different voice types. Basically you type the words in and the Voicebox speaks, plus you have the option to save it as an audio Files.
And it's Shareware, so it's free. When you download it and open it up, it asks for a Registration number, you just hit cancel and you can use it
