This is also confusing, seeing as many Italians are "white" to begin with. I think you are confusing "white" with "American". Many Italian dishes have been slaughtered by Americans over the last 200 years, including pizza.

one thing my mom will eat like a mutha fucka and I think it's some straight up white people food, Corned Beef and Cabbage:eek::eek::dead: shit smells so fucking foul to.
@Shea BBQ'd Tripa's ain't really too bad when done right, my homeboy's grandma straight from like jalisco or some shit made BBQ'd Tripa's and I had a taco, wasn't too bad. I definitely wouldn't order one at the taco shop. And I've had lengua too it's just got a really chewy texture, if they spice it up right it's not that bad either. I'm more of a Carnitas, Pastor or Asada type guy. And I'll fuck up some Tostadas de Ceviche
