HOW DO I ADD FONTS TO MY PHOTOSHOP?

Do this.

1. Start, then Control Panel
2. Appearance & Themes
3. Look to the left and it should say Fonts on the sidebar thing, click that.
4. Font folder should pop up, drag the font files into that folder and they'll be installed.
5. Make a folder with the fonts so you have a place to put them cause if you delete the fonts they won't work anymore.

I suck at giving instructions but try that.

Use suitecase or another Font managment program

Start > Control Panel > Fonts

Drag and drop them into the folder. I'd advise not to install thouands because it will be a pain in the ass and slow down your pc. After you load photoshop, you should see them in the dropdown list.
