I'm just a fan of the "NFL", dog. I love the game of football period! Some people love their team more than they love the sport, me I'm the opposite. I love the sport more than any team. So I can root for any team or sport any jersey I want.... that just comes along with being a fan of the sport instead of being married and all in love with one team. I'm not knocking those who have been a fan of a team for years.... different strokes for different folks.
But I'm not a professional athlete that quit on his team when the going got tough and too rough. Elway could have quit and left the Broncos after the Redskins and 49ers blew them out in the SuperBowl. He could have cried and then bounced on Denver and said "I want a team like Joe Montana". Elway was all Denver had for years until Shannahan and TD came. So if you want to throw rocks at Elway, then you got some serious issues.
