Extra Records Catalog cd with OZ?

Any of yall know if this cd is rare? it has trax with OZ, Pimp P mack and more. It;s like a preview before their cds were released. Is shit worth coppin?

I've sold this many times in the past and it only went for $5-7.. this cd is ALL OVER Rasputins across the bay for $7.99 or less.
