Morrow ----->Eddie House
Five years ago, did anyone foresee House playing a pivotal role on an NBA championship team? Probably only House himself. Morrow has played well this season in his 20 minutes per game. But as an undrafted player, he can have no illusions about being a fixture on the Warriors for years to come. However, by remaining positive and staying hungry, he should land on his feet wherever he goes. And with his beautiful shot, he could end up playing a House-type role for a title contender.
Randolph -----> Ray Allen
Randolph is a very special NBA talent. He is also very young. So while I think many of his issues with Don Nelson are the result of Nelson's preference for playing his veterans, some of the problems are also clearly Randolph's doing.
If we took a poll in the NBA asking who the most professional player in the league is, Ray Allen would get a ton of votes. He lives in the gym, works on his game and takes care of his body. He also treats everyone with respect and has a very mature approach to the game and life. If Randolph would do the same things, he could be one of the top four players in this class in three years.
