Well, if you establish a sound, and it catches on, why not have them sound similar? Look at Mr. Collipark. All of his beats are the same. He takes pieces of previous songs and puts them together. Is it ridiculous??? Somewhat. The only reason I dont say he is horrible is because all of his songs hit the mainstream crowd, which is what you need to do in order to become known. Hit the mainstream crowd

Collipark can actually switch his shit up and make something completely different of it tho... yes he uses the same hit sample for ms new booty and play, but he uses them differently.

I think his beats are coo, Did his apply pressure album ever come out? I might have been sleeping. The only recent thang that I have of Ski is his mixtape.

E-A-SKI & CMT make slaps. Keaks "Planes, Trains & Automobiles" F.A.B's best song ever with "NEW OAKLAND" Quinn's most successfull single to date with "Hell Yea" Balance's "Gotta Get It" and that's not even counting all the slaps he made for himself (like Club Talk) and The Frontline. He is solid as fuck on the production and all of the songs I listed sound different from each other.

i dont think dude was trying to say that EA Ski isnt good, or that his "sound" isn't working. if you actually take the time to listen to "Hell Yeah" and "So Hood" side by side, you'll see what he means. "So Hood" sounds like a re-working of "Hell Yeah". same whistle, same drums.
