It's not released yet.
It comes out later this year. The CD on E-bay is probably an advance promo copy.

It comes out December 31st,2004 on West Coast Mafia Records.....

when it says December 31st,2004 it means theres no date and its just in their computers the richie rich presents the new bay has had that release date 4ever its just a place hoder

It's coming out sometime in October...an official date will be announced soon. The copies that dude is selling on ebay are all promo advances, no the retail album.

you can tell if their promo CDs by stamps, holepunches, and sawcuts down the spine. the Ebay seller has described that in the auction description.
