yes but you got to have either custum firnware or official firmware from 3.71 and up

my system is that 3.71 thats all i know

If you hook up your psp on your computer you must see a directory called THEMES in your PSP directory.

Download themes from the web (e.g. http://www.themepsp.com/) and put those files in the THEMES folder. (If you dont have that folder you can create your own.
