Thats 100% true..I used 2 work at Sam Goody in san jose and across the street was a tower records....They even said they don't have customer serivce...Sam Goody is pretty good at it..

the punk mgr name is andy nelson.he looks like he just got back from woodstock. he said if the case is broken but the cd is fine i should not get a new cd. so i said thats like if i buy a new mercedes from u and u smash the car into a wall and say "y should i give u a new mercedes since the engine still works and the car can still run?"

he didn't know wut to say after that.
