Do you think temporary insanity is a viable excuse?

i think in some cases it applies... for instance if u were all kissy kissy with a grrl who turned out too be a guy... i can see how in that moment someones rational thought is clouded

i think everyone has had a moment where they are temporarily insane, their mind is out of balance and they can't rationally think. shrooms and acid definitely make you temporarily insane, i read somewhere what was it that shrooms and acid share a chemical that that causes the mind to think the same way a schizophrenic person would.

Hard to say, I've never been there. I can say that "I've been so angry that..." But I've never been to the point where I didn't know that killing someone was wrong.
