i picked up Dj Vlad "The Butcher" mixed cd, few mainstream artist shout out the bay dj vlad.. there a cut from Balance... any info ... thanks

Lol at you guys.
He is from OAKLAND and moved to NY cause more opportunity in the mixtape scene.
He calls him self the Westcoast Mixtape King.
DJ Vlad started with Hip-Hop back in 1983 during his breakdance days. In the early 90’s he got involved in the San Francisco Bay Underground Hip-Hop scene making beats.
